Heading to the kitchen to prepare potatoes (will be served with butter) and lamb chops, before the Fiancée gets back home from the cold city, last time I made us lamb chops I marinated the lamb in rosemary and garlic, need to check the options available for me this time.
first dish will be carrot soup.
and red wine... lots and lots of red wine.
