OH MY ****in GOODNESS... You HAVEN'T tasted Sachkhand or Vaikunthaloka until you've eaten Paneer... I'm hungry and my mouth is watering just thinking about it!!

I love palak paneer, butter paneer, mattar paneer, paneer pakora, I used to make paneer steaks... and any paneer you can think of!! :D

We hit 65 today so I fired up the grill. Made burgers and fries for dinner- kids had their choice of beef, chicken, or turkey burgers.

Spicy farfalle pasta with herbs and spices, olive oil, a touch of butter, and parmesan cheese tossed with steamed artichokes and cauliflower. :D Yum!
