About to make breakfast for dinner (we love that!). I'm going to make a big western style omelet with ham, onions, cheese, and fresh picante sauce, with nice big slices of whole wheat toast, and fresh coffee. YUM!
Tonight for dinner I am making home made Gnocchi with a Cream Porcini sauce. San Francisco sour French bread, with a spinach salad. I have a bottle of Italian Barbaresco wine for my wife. I won't drink the wine.
The Gnocchi comes from potatoes I grow in the Garden.
Most of the time I don't make that big of fuss over dinner.
