What are your ribbons for?

Well I hope that's not the reason (I'm hoping it's just a dislike of what could be considered unnecessary 'decoration')...considering the ribbons on here don't actually cost us real money to be able to detract from us giving it to the actual charities. Many of us still do donate to charities, in real life, with real money...and some of us have ribbons here as well.

I went black, not just because its my favorite color, but also because I am anti-gang. My closest friend has lost some of his friends, whom I was accuantinces with, becuase of gang wars. Also, I see gangs as being filled with weaklings who have no self respect.
Im going to go for the green one for the environment, grey for asthma and allergies, and a few others. Ill get the USA one next, not for the 9/11 attacks, but for all attacks, including Pearl Harbor. Also to show my American Pride. I can't say for Fireworks saftly, because I am one of the most dangerous, unsafe people you can be around when I have fireworks in my hands. I have held mortar shell tubes in my hands while launching one off.

My yellow ribbon is for the US military.

While I deplore the situations our military members are thrust into, I support them as people and pray for them.
