I think you need to talk to the oil companies sitting on thousands of acres of land already where they can drill. Nobody is stopping them from doing that. Go and watch Nancy Pelosi on the "Daily Show" from earlier this week at Comedy Central Official Site - Your Source for Comedians, Funny Video Clips, TV Shows, Games, Jokes, & Ringtones | Comedy Central under video's. Psst you won't get a drop of that oil unless you live in China or Japan maybe.
