I loved several, but since I loved so many, I'll only name a few of the best ones.

1) Earthbound (Mother 2)

2) Tetris Attack

3) Super Mario World

4) Zelda: A Link to the Past

5) Final Fantasy IV

6) Joe & Mac ( I doubt anyone hardly remembers this one)

7) Final Fantasy USA: Mystic Quest

Did? I still am a retro gamer. ^_^

But back then, I was primarily a Genesis/N64 gamer who focused on Sonic the Hedgehog (all the Genesis games, including the ones that in retrospect are bad lol), Ecco the Dolphin, Doom, Mortal Kombat, Vectorman, Banjo-Kazooie, Star Fox 64, and Donkey Kong 64.

Smoke

Done here.
I liked the old arcade games. I spent many an afternoon, many years ago, drinking beer and playing Space Invaders and Asteroids.

Later, I enjoyed Donkey Kong.

But I always liked pinball better than video games.

What about the old Donkey Kong Jr., if you want to get really classic? Or the original Mario Bros. where they crate eggs for Bowser?

Team Fortress Classic

I LOVED this game back in the day. It's a shame that it died off due to the bunny hop exploit and every server eventually being populated with nothing but bots.

I also loved TF2 until they ruined it with retarded unlocks, and Fortress Forever simply sucked.

LOL tbh it took off with bunny hopping. Then they removed it after valve took over CS and made a game design change to the engine they both ran off which was to CS's benefit and TFC's detriment.

Public server games were all skill levels though. Clan levle was people conc-jumping from one end of the map to the other, bhopping/speedjumping around corners, pinching the flag the conjumping back again as fast as possible with demos, heavys engies and solly mid-airing you the whole way.

Mayhem. If you want I can link you to some oldschool youtube of this. The skill level got ridiculous about 2004

Yeah TF2 unlocks kinda messed with the balance, but they've got it right again now. Only the engie update to go and it's "coming soon"...
