I do know that some Christian denominations re-label the days: Sunday is "First Day", Monday is "Second Day", etc. Gets rid of all that paganry.
Seriously?
Reminds me of: Texas town says goodbye to 'hello'

It's an employee thing....getting over the hump in the middle of the work week.Do most folks really hump on Wines-day?
I thought that "Wine giveth the desire and taketh away the ability" or something like that.
If you are not a Christian what do you think of them? How were they made? How did they know when Jesus was born (if a Jesus was born) and when Jesus died when he didn't exist?
This has confused me. I think there may have been a person named Jesus but just another prophet, not a god or a man who has done miracles.
It's common among Quakers. I've also heard of a few of the smaller, fringe-y Protestant denominations doing it.Seriously?
Lol. Heaven-o!Reminds me of: Texas town says goodbye to 'hello'

As you know, BC means before Christ. Since we don't believe that Jesus was Christ, we say BCE, which means before common era. And with regards to AD, it mean Annus Domini, which means the year of our Lord. Since we don't believe Jesus was our Lord, we say ACE, which means after common era. I too believe that there was a person called Jesus, he was not God because there is no such a thing as Greek Mythology in Judaism, and even a prophet he was not because the prophets ended with the return of the Jews from Babylon. And for the miracles, there is always a way for them to be explained naturally.
