Somebody is using sophisticated weapons, like websites, plastique, video of executions, and tanks. They are attacking countries, like Syria. They are blowing up passenger jets. They are shooting people in Parisian venues.
They are Muslims who call themselves IS. Their goal is a caliphate and the destruction of everyone who doesn't accept their authority.
