Why not just say "you have a healthy baby"
Well that could present a problem for various reasons.

I see this often, people seem to be concerned or wonder if it’s better to drop all terminology altogether.

I don’t know if it’s particularly helpful to do so. At least not right now.
Maybe in the future male and female will be dropped from the lexicon entirely. I don’t know. But I think that will only happen once they cease to offer any real benefit for us in society. Since most people do indeed identify using such terms (whether cis or trans) they’re terms likely not leaving us anytime soon. Instead we will do what we’ve always done in language. Adapt definitions and adopt new terms to help us navigate our ever changing world.
I mean in the English language the term “their” was used to describe a singular pronoun usage long before it was used to describe a collective one, just for example
(Apologies for the sloppy phrasing.)

You can change a label, but it does not change what you are.
Why do people need to be told your pronouns, because your pronouns don't match what you are.
You can live as a trans man or woman but you will never ever in anyway change what you are.
Thinking and believing your a woman is not going to change the fact.

But if a boy identifies as a girl, he/she has been mislabeled since birth. Therefore treated wrong since birth.

I mean, I suppose. But again that’s why medical professionals use the term “assigned.”
It gives enough room for said person to reject the moniker without it necessarily defining them. If that makes sense?

Why is she wearing the label, because it’s painfully obvious she is not a he.
She wears it because she will be called a she, why because it is a she.
The label changes nothing.

Because the truth has been hijacked and society which I am a part of is suffering as a result.
Why are you here when every Religion on Earth is against it.

This isn't a religious thread(well its a general discussion so technically its about lots of things).
Perhaps you would feel better off going to one of the religious threads and discussing god and religion.

The drag queens read stories to kids and "society [...] is suffering as a result?"

... and you think it's them who has the mental condition?
Your referring to one thing you cherry picked, but yes it certainly is a problem.
The majority of events in the media were not doing much reading, was more pol dancing or are you conveniently leaving that out.
