By the way, the guy from the Cooking with Q channel recently made a cookbook all about Gelato (Italian ice cream). It contains info on making 27 flavors of Gelato, and he says it has all the info needed to invent new flavors.

It's hard to say... but I'd have to think homemade strawberry ice cream is one of the best! And chocolate, vanilla, mint- chocolate chip....
Although, I can also make a killer orange sherbet (not to brag, of course )

Black (Winter) truffle, without doubt, but its rare, I've only ever found 2 places that make it.

So an alternative is

Made with 5 coffees from latte to full on espresso, along with a sprinkle of edible coffee beans.
