I voted "other"

I don't really have a favorite sport, i just watch sport when there's a big event like the World cup, the Olympic games etc

So i watch football (soccer) when there's the World cup , almost everything during the Olympic games, the Grand slam ...

American football, though I only follow college, not NFL.

My alma mater (Florida State) just won the national championship this past season, and we've got a good enough team to try for a repeat this coming season.

Track and Field is my favorite sport. I was a sprinter/hurdler/jumper in my glory days and competed at the California State High School Championships twice. I was offered an athletic scholarship to several colleges. I have since coached youth athletics.

The beautiful thing about athletics is that the body is honed and strengthened, improvement can be accurately measured, and the competition is both individual and team. Sometimes I think about returning to competiion in masters when I get a little older, but then I look in the mirror and come to my senses.

Football is played with the feet. Americans should rename their silly sport. Football (the real one) would probably be my favourite sport, and I shall be watching the world cup this year with much excitement.

Rugby is good fun to watch too. Playing it was okay, though I have too many bad memories of freezing to death on the school playing fields in mid-winter and not being to take my boots off and get my trainers back on due to my frozen hands.

Aside from that, tennis is good fun, and I attended the London Olympics and watched the semi-final between Murray and Djokovic, which was brilliant. Loved the atmosphere especially, with everyone cheering for the home man. Poor Djokovic.
