What make you think your answers are more correct than others?

I don’t believe in the idea that any one religion (mine included) fully reflects Reality. It’s best to keep an open-minded approach to all religions.

I agree - they can all come in the entrance door and go straight through the exit door - without doing the harm that they often do.

What makes you believe your answers and understanding is more correct than other peoples beliefs and answers?
Personally I do not believe my faith or beliefs are the only one that can be correct.

We see this in other areas of life do we not?
Communists claimed their way was the only way - democracy and free speech was outlawed
Dictators use the same methods - it is his way or else!
The Boss is always right - Mikes makes right

The opposite is true in a Democracy, there is freedom for other ideas - it is not by muscle that one is proved right or wrong but by evidence, reason and logic

If a belief claims it is only the right one, it falls under a Communist religion designation with Dictator-style "Gods". Look up its history - is there a lot of innocent blood shed in its history?
Look up their lands of "God" - in Communist and Dictator-ruled countries there is no room for disloyal people - only the loyal supporters may remain and prosper - are these lands limited to their supporters only?

A long time ago, in the wild natural world, each animal kingdom was led by the strongest of the pack - the alpha - who maintained their position until another became stronger and took their place.... then one day, two were able to communicate, scheme, and a new form of leadership was born - where two or three are gathered and work together, the single leader can be overthrown. Popularity and mobs became the new rulers - brain over braun - manipulation, communication, promises, community, "love", fairness, justice.

Personally I do not believe my faith or beliefs are the only one that can be correct.

Let me say right off the bat that I do not know for sure that my views are correct. I think they are, but I don't KNOW that they are. There is always a red flag up in the back of my mind that I may be wrong.

Two thoughts.

First, while I'm no genius, I have been blessed with a better than average intelligence. It allows me to learn more facts, weigh their significance, and draw better conclusions than others.

Second, I have done my homework. After my divorce, I felt very lost, and went through a time of searching, where I learned about all the major world religions. I also looked into the various arguments for the existence of God, questioning even my most basic of assumptions. I was seeking, and therefore approached things with an open mind. Where I am at today, as an observant Jew, is a result of that exhaustive study. I don't think there is any substitute for this sort of learning.
