What is your religion? What religion is the one true religion?
There is only one true religion and it happens to be mine.

I'm Xian.What is your religion?
What is Xian?I'm Xian.
I argue that there are two recommended paths up Everest. Regardless, it is a metaphor. All religions seek some manner of enlightenment or higher state of being: the mountain top. There are paved paths, roped-off paths that are a leisurely stroll up the mountain. There are elevators and lifts. Then there are unhewn, rough paths traveled by native wildlife and the very brave (or very foolish). A myriad of paths, some easy, some difficult. Yet no one path is better than the other, and each lead to the mountain top in just the manner of journey as sought by the one climbing the mountain. It depends on the mountain, but if we take the Everest as the Gold Standard, there are two paths that can allow a man to climb it.
What religion is the one true religion?
The absolute truth is the one true religionWhat religion is the one true religion?
Debate start now!!
That depends upon what you mean by true. What religion is the one true religion?
Is there anything about the world we live in and see around us that would make you think there is one true religion. I see a world with hundreds of religions competing against each other, Jew, Muslim, Hindu and Christian all kill each other, does not make me think there is a true religion. What religion is the one true religion?
Debate start now!!
Do you mean Christian?I'm Xian.
Same as Christian.What is Xian?
Yes.Do you mean Christian?
Okay. Thanks.Same as Christian.
You would never think that if you looked at the world with hundreds of religions competing against each other and saw how different they are. You would only think that there is only one true religion which was revealed in various chapters throughout the ages, if you read the Baha'i Writings...Is there anything about the world we live in and see around us that would make you think there is one true religion.
As usual you reply with your scripture, I am not interested in what a book has written in it, there is a real world out there which we live in now, observations on that world are interesting. Obscure ramblings from the past, boring. No, you would probably only think that there is only one true religion, the changeless Faith of God which is revealed in various chapters throughout the ages, if you read the Baha'i Writings... You would never think that if you looked at the world's religions and saw how divided and different they are.
“The Purpose of the one true God, exalted be His glory, in revealing Himself unto men is to lay bare those gems that lie hidden within the mine of their true and inmost selves. That the divers communions of the earth, and the manifold systems of religious belief, should never be allowed to foster the feelings of animosity among men, is, in this Day, of the essence of the Faith of God and His Religion. These principles and laws, these firmly-established and mighty systems, have proceeded from one Source, and are the rays of one Light. That they differ one from another is to be attributed to the varying requirements of the ages in which they were promulgated.” Gleanings From the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh, pp. 287-288
It might be interesting but what are you going to learn by making observations of all the older religions that all disagree with one another? The ramblings from the past are not in my religion, they are in the older religious scriptures. As usual you reply with your scripture, I am not interested in what a book has written in it, there is a real world out there which we live in now, observations on that world are interesting. Do you have anything to say about the question I asked or do you just want to preach and push your religion? It might be interesting but what are you going to learn by making observations of all the older religions that all disagree with one another? Other than read the words of your scriptures you have not mentioned any observations you have made to show your religion is any more real than the others, nothing, nada, just preaching. You said: Is there anything about the world we live in and see around us that would make you think there is one true religion.

I answered your question when I replied:

I didn't do that because that is not what you asked. In case you are interested, Tiberius and I are discussing the criteria a Messenger of God would have to meet on another thread.Other than read the words of your scriptures you have not mentioned any observations you have made to show your religion is any more real than the others, nothing, nada, just preaching.
