What time do you go to sleep and what time do you get up?

All you need is love.
Do you have a regular time for those things?

No, I don't have a regular bedtime or wake-up time. I've tried several times to establish a regular bedtime and wake-up time, but due to chronic pain and fibromyalgia, I've been unable to do so. As a result, I'm awake most nights, or I sleep very little. So I try to rest and sleep whenever I can, whether it's at night or for a couple of hours here and there during the day. I suffer from insomnia quite often.

How long did it take you to get to wake up by that time without an alarm?
In my experience, it doesn't take long if you make it a habit and condition your body/mind to do it.

I find that people who feel need to adjust their waking time are the ones that need one. An example would be people that keep a different schedule on days off than they do on work days, i.e. sleeping in.

Which way to the woods?
I have insomnia. So it doesn't matter what time I go to bed, but usually10pm. Then I'm awake at 1am, 2am, 4am and then get some heavy sleep until 7am.

Ideally I wish to sleep from 9pm-5am on my days off but that hasn't been consistent. I wish to wake up at 3am on the days I work, but that is rough.

About 8 am on my days off and 4:40 am on work days is where I stand now.
Usually go to bed around midnight and wake up at 7 or 8 am.
