A second brain, after the resurrection.
I'm talking about the theory that when a person dies, they go to heaven. There is no ressurection here.

That theory is false. Nowhere does the bible say disembodied spirits go to heaven.
Christians are always telling us that a fertilized egg is a person with a soul. About half of these fail to implant in uterus. Of those that implant, a substantial number are miscarried or aborted. Those of us who are actually born are in the minority, so if all those zygotes, embryos, and fetuses go to heaven, heaven will obviously be more populous than hell, even if (as we are told) all but a small minority of those who are born will be consigned to hell.
WHen the brain dies, that's it, what can a supposed soul "think" with?
Ecclesiastes 12:7 comes close - "Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it."
This discussion is similar in stupidity to how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, and just as enlightening!:sarcastic
I agree, but I'm wondering where you believe they do go?That theory is false. Nowhere does the bible say disembodied spirits go to heaven.

Are you familiar with the doctrine that is most associated with the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and called "soul sleep" ? In my philosophy, it is not possible to have pure intelligence without something physical for that intelligence to be expressed in. Minds always have bodies. The exception to this is God himself, who is the "Matrix". In God we live and move and have our being, so God retains the memory of who we were when we die, and on the last day we are restored to perfection...with new bodies. From our point of view, no time elapses from the moment we die to the general resurrection.
