What Will you do After Trump Wins the Election?

I'm not predicting Trump is going to win.

I'm just asking, in case he does, what do you see yourself doing?

Celebrate?
Cry?
Move to another country?
Encourage civil war?
Nothing? Just go on about your life with no changes?
Something else?
Pray like there is no tomorrow, plant like there is an eternity, preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sigh of relief and prepare for four more years of nonstop continual whining and moaning.

Isn't this what Democrats propose? I suppose this is more @9-10ths_Penguin

I've seen charts which place US Democrat quite a bit over to the right of central.
While it is true that modern Democrats are too far right for anyone’s good, they are the only major party in the U.S. that comes remotely close to “sensible centrists”.

Do you think he will win Ken?
The million dollar question.

If I go by looks, it would appear Trump would win. But there are sleeper issues that we cannot see where Biden could win such as are Democrats voting Biden out of loyalty; have those who have more melanin than others say "enough is enough"; has the violence pushed the undecided towards law and order or are people saying que sera, sera?

At this time I think it is still a toss-up

Wonder how the polling could have failed.

ElectoralVote
These polling numbers aren't the real numbers. These are not the numbers you can get by paying for real statistical services. Anyone with real money invested in this election might be using better numbers. Mostly likely their numbers are coming from big data and also take into account the polls, but those results won't be available to us on a free dot com.

I think liberals using ridiculous terms like 'fascistic' is exactly why I will take some satisfaction in seeing them smacked if Trump wins.
I just have to say: this post is pretty indicative of what's wrong with a big part of the US right now. There's way too many people who are willing to overlook all sorts of corruption, mismanagement, and even the killing of their grandparents for a chance to "own libs."

When did the American right start valuing spite even more than self-preservation or freedom? It's absurd.

"Liberal" is a fair bit to the right of where I am politically.

And I'm glad you've come to terms with the fascism, racism, and sexism of the Republican party. They're also anti-freedom, if it matters.
Thanks, forgot the anti-freedom spiel .

Doesn’t appear you want to acknowledge there are two sides to all the issues you mentioned. Just going to name calling is really a problem in American politics today.

I won't laugh as hard as I did last time.

America, please. Just don't. Once was a cracking joke. Proper knee-slapping, gasping for air, lung-burster of a punchline. Twice would be taking it too far.

Well, there's only one party that's currently got secret police snatching people off the street and throwing them into unmarked vans or concentration camps.

Man, does that sound like some almost comically paranoid stuff from the left. I am sure the facts make a little more sense of it.

Well, me not being a socialist, I'll probably just let out a sigh of relief and get a good night's sleep.
Thanks for asking

In some ways I won't mind.
The UK might actually do better with Trump than the Dems.
And the Morning news will be more extraordinary, most days.

Celebrate?
Cry?
Move to another country?
Encourage civil war?
Nah....

Nothing? Just go on about your life with no changes?
Yep.....

Something else?
Nope......... nothing to do, unless Boris tries to get any part of the UK in to the US.... that would wake me up sharpish!

I won't be going south. I might go to Hawaii, but even that would be debatable. Even if Biden wins, I think we've seen our last road trip south. The last couple of times haven't been friendly. Nobody says much, it's so polarized. There's little sense of disagreeing in a civil manner. There are lots of places in Canada we've never seen. Who would want to go to a friends house where husband and wife are at each other's throats?

With some degree of luck, that could all change, but it would take incredibly strong leadership.

He won't win. At this point I have no doubts. If he did win, it would be by cheating. It wouldn't be legitimate like the first time. The people will take to the streets and yank him out of the WH.

It's a cliffhanger for sure. I feel like Trump will pull it off, but that's just a feeling.

It is always a little hard for me distinguish a "feeling" - where I am not walking by faith - and a "feeling" led by God's Holy Spirit.

I share the feeling but praying up a storm to make sure that faith is still working :)

Its why the left is not taken seriously anymore. A bunch of crackpots running around now with crazy notions of secret police, concentration camps, Trump declaring himself king etc.
