My husbad just suggested:

Anyone got some Combantrin, cos I've got worms.

(I don't know if Combantrin is just an Australian product, but in case it is, it's a worming syrup/tablet)

I've never heard of the product. Are worms a particularly problematic parasite in Australia?
I'm not sure, to be honest. I guess they must be. We're a huge nation of animal owners, and it's recommended that if you own animals you worm them and the family every 6 weeks as a precautionary measure. I doubt a huge number of people do it though, unless it becomes apparent that they have a worm problem.
We used to have a great ad on the TV for one of the myriad of human worming products. A woman dragged her son into the chemist and said to the pharmacist, 'My boy's got WORMS!'
Pharmacist asks.'What kind?' The woman says,'What kinds are there? Fat worms, skinny worms, worms with glasses, worms that go bump in the night...'
If he were a real child I don't doubt the boy would have died from embarrassment.

Oh, come one! Even I've heard of Dean Martin. I love "That's Amore." :)

As for my epitaph, I think it would say:
"I told her she was thinking to hard...."
"You live, you learn, then you love."

i would hope for, "He lived as he believed." That, however, is something that I cannot say, and I'm not quite dead yet :).

The Devil's Advocate
This is what the famous Japanese Zen poet Issa wrote for his approaching death:

A bath when you're born,
a bath when you die,
how stupid.
