What's For Dinner?

Today was an easy one. A couple of entrecote steaks cut into thin (1/4 inch) strips and fried. A bag of frozen chinese stir fry fried with a spoonful of curry, a spoonful of chilli sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce and the steak thrown in a couple of minutes before its ready.
For the veggie contingent strips of tofu replaced the steak.

Tonight I'm having "no idea". I'll probably get some fish or meat later today and have it with some vegetables. I don't mind cooking but I hate deciding what to have and with the Mrs away it's all up to me to decide.

I hate that, too...

Sometimes I'd rather not eat than have to decide what to eat.

Are they paying?
The food was good, not outstanding. Would have helped to have had some wine or a good beer with it.

Presentation was on using umbilical stem cells to regenerate joints and reduce pain. Will have to do more research on it, but it would be wonderful for my back pain to go mostly away...

So what was the purpose of the meeting? Are they looking for investors?

An easy one for me tonight as well.

I pulled one of these from the freezer this morning to thaw and will boil it in the bag...

I'll probably make a pot of Basmati rice to serve with it and refrigerate the leftover rice for a side for other curries later in the week.

The beef ribs were ok but I prefer pork ones. Maybe I stuffed up the cooking or maybe because it was crap supermarket meat... I should get some from the butcher and try.
