Sorry about that. For those that don't wish to Google this, it's a spinach (or other greens) curry with fresh cheese cubes and cumin flavored rice.I had to Google it but it sounds ok.
I've made pavlova.Your cooking is very international. You need to try making lamingtons, pavlova or Anzac biscuits.
I've made pavlova.
That was the recipe that had me break down in the middle of it and go out and buy an electric mixer.
Looks delicious!I tried to make a pav in the shape of a map of Australia once. This was the result.

Most good foods do.It was a while back but I think it tasted better than it looked.
Husband and I have been making a lot of home made pizza lately. It's spring finally so a lot of fresh herbs are coming back to my garden. Tonight is a three cheese with some moz, smoked colby, and parm with fresh sage, chives, oregano, garlic and garlic scapes, rosemary and thyme.
We finally got the dough at just the right amount of resting, and got a pizza steel (just a more versatile version of a pizza stone) for great crusts. So it's been great to finally have consistent results.Home made pizza is the only kind I'll eat.
I tried smoking cheese once. Provolone.I also smoked all the cheese for it myself.
Cooked some rice with spices and tomatoes and served it with leftover fava beans and red peppers.
These say 'broad beans' on the bag.We call them broad beans, I used to detest them as a kid but love them now. I'm going to try growing some.

That is a challenge I have with international cooking; I have to know all the names its called by because they're labeled differently in different places.
I don't think I've ever heard it called rocket.Rocket vs Arugula always throws me off.
