Hmm, last night was chicken cacciatore. With fresh tomatoes instead of canned. The tomatoes were cheap, actually cheaper than the canned and who knows where they were grown, they still taste better. You just add about 15 to twenty minutes for the fresh tomatoes to cook a bit more. I do not know what I am doing yet for dinner tonight.

I saw street corn on a frozen pizza when I went shopping the other day.
Very popular here in Mexico, and usually sold by vendors literally on the street at night. It's popular on the cob (boiled or charred on a grill, with a stick in it like a corn dog or with a bit of the stalk retained), which are called elotes, or in a cup and called esquitas. Each has the corn mixed with chili powder, a salty, feta-like cheese called cotija, cilantro, sour cream or mayo, and lime.

I've never seen it on pizza until now:
