Sadly, I have yet to experience Mexican food. I had not really considered it until I read that it is as varied as Indian food. That has certainly whetted my appetite. My daughter and I made Mexican street corn nachos last night.

Ya, I have a photographic memory as well, but it's unfortunate that it's undeveloped. One of the best Mexican places I have eaten at is La Casa De La Fiesta north of Jonesboro, Ark.
One waitress there can take everyone's order without writing anything down. Last time there were six of us and she didn't make any errors on food or drinks. We have watched her do the same with ten people.

I used to live in Texas. Before I moved there thirty something years ago, the only Mexican food I had had was from Taco Bell. I thought I had died and gone to heaven!Sadly, I have yet to experience Mexican food. I had not really considered it until I read that it is as varied as Indian food.
