I cooked a pot roast yesterday after finding a Manager's Special in the meat case. Now I'll use slices of that roast for various meals, tonight probably adding a sauce/gravy, so little variation from last night.

I have just got home from a Christian men's meal in an Anglican church hall

We had chicken stew followed by apple pudding with custard followed by a talk
