ISIS is already on the brink of defeat. They are pathetic. Sure, they will keep taking credit for cowardly terrorist attacks here and there. But, the "caliphate" is going to be nothing more than a memory in a couple of years at most.

If you can chalk something up to a misunderstanding as opposed to hate then you can forgive someone easier, so you can contemplate making a deal with them more easily. Its easier to forgive an insane animal for biting than one that is merely vicious.

All in all, the use of the atomic bombs was nothing compared to the war crimes the Japanese and Germans would perpetrate if they were not stopped.

As an Imam he has the responsibility to promote peace, he should be building bridges not burn them. There are Imams that have a certain political ideology and they are known to give these kind of sermons. I believe this sermon is more political than religious.

Islam doesn't promote antisemitism, Jews and muslims share similar values and principles. Muslims regard the children of Israel as an important concept of Islam and Moses is mentioned more in the Quran than any other individual and prophet.
Jews and Muslims have lived together peacefully in the past and still do in many places. Muslims and Jews in the West have come together in solidarity against hate crimes. Yes, many people would like to see that. Unfortunately, there are many people like @sovietchild that fully agree with this radical Muslims cleric's call for genocide against the Jews. I found it telling that @sovietchild 's only complaint is that I called the cleric a rabid dog.
