You should add to that list their" Pensions" and savings which depend entirely on financial investments, to retain their real world value.

EFs post mentioned "the baker, the fisherman, the butcher"

The baker will be sorely hit as the price of imported flour sky rockets.
The fishermen will lose access to vast swaths of fishing ground and will be forced to rebuild their fleet to arctic standard (as they were before the EU and thatcher forced them to be scrapped)
But the butcher will be hardest hit. A huge percentage (i have heard 85 to 90%) of meat produced in the uk is sold in europe. Closure of these markets will force many farmers and abattoirs out of business impacting on the local supply chain. Traditional butchers will close leaving the way even more open to supermarkets who will charge inflated prices for dubious meat sourced from countries without such stringent hygiene standards.

Pensions and savings (if any remain) will be quite insufficient to cover rampant inflation.

I am with the majority.

As of this month, that is extremely unlikely. Even if nobody who voted in 2016 has changed their minds, enough older leave voters will have died and enough younger, pro remain, people will have become eligible to vote. Source.

It's a total mess and waste of time and resources. The UK is likely to rejoin the EU even if it leaves now. The younger generation will see to that.

I would like to know what BMW, Mercedes Benz, VW & Audi have to say to the EU.

Well BMW plans to (at least temporarily shut mini plant) and will reduce/cut UK operations

Mercedes benz have abandoned plans to build a plant in the UK

VW are likely to pull out of the UK all together and say the UK is "no big deal"

Audi have made plans to stockpile parts in the UK prior to brexit but doubt that in the long run they can offset the effects.

Both Nissan and Totota indicate they will pull out of Britain if the free market in europe is barred to them

So i hope all you brits stuck behind your self imposed barrier manage to save enough from buying sky high priced food to be able to afford to buy a jaguar (indian) or mclaren

Probably. In a couple of years we will rewrite Maastricht, dethrone the European Commission, outlaw the Troika.

It is a very good job that we did not listen to all those doom and gloom merchants that said it would be the end of civilisation if we did not join the Euro.

Blinkers dont help to hide the doom and gloom heading your way if the hard liners force their way through public opinion

On the 22nd Merkel and Macron will sign a bilateral treaty which is the most dishonest and sliest move they can do...
they understood we will support Britain whatever she does...they're taking countermeasures.

This disgustingly EU has no reason to exist, ...we're disposed to sell ourselves off to Putin to destroy it

So you dont expect europe to prepare for the catastrophy that is brexit? Come on, you have (or claim to have) studied european law. It would be legally insane not to make preparations. Wouldn't you agree?

You want dishonest, try the pro brexit advertising campaign... Lies on top of lies and thank goodness the british public have now realised they were lied to.

And then more tinfoil hat.

Brexit is no catastrophe. Britain is living a magical moment...in the US there is a president that supports Britain's choice and will do anything to defend the British from the dishonest moves of the EU. This is the right time

I have some news for u: Trump hates the EU

Is this the same US President that is opposing trade deals?
Is this the same US President that 90% of the UK want to keep at arms length?

Trump hates the EU, the same as he hates China...because they are very powerful trading blocks that challenge the US's position.

If it is a real middle way, then maybe.
But the right has gone so far right, that if you take a middle route it is still too much to the right.

You are writing with someone who is openly a fascist and envisions a "purge" in Italy.

I thought the EU was founded about spiritual values like friendship and cooperation.

Give me money.

I am disgusted. I can hardly wait that Britain exits...so Germany will be isolated and we will unleash against her the entire Slavic world

Glue is supposed to go on an object, not into your nose.

No one, on the entire continent is scared of Italy.

The UK is likely to rejoin the EU even if it leaves now.

If the UK membership of the EU has taught me anything it's that I want it as far away from the EU as possible.
Can't they ruin someone else's party? How about NAFTA ?

Hoer zu, Schwester... it's useless that you try to demean my country...
every time I speak of banking Seigniorage, you run away scared as a thief.
Because you know I am right...
Germany is scared to death that the Euro-System will collapse...and it will...
so...run

btw...Yes...the entire Slavic world hates Merkel

It will be when people cannot afford to eat or own a car to drive to the job that doesnt exist.

Magical comes of wearing tinfoil hats.

The fact trumps hates the eu is nothing to brag about. His approval rating is low, impeachment is openly discussed, the man cannot tell the truth if his country depended on it so... On the contrary, the fact trump is against the eu is a marvelous boost for europe.

That no one is afraid of Italy is hardly demeaning.

Not really. You usually start to ramble incoherent stuff you can't provide evidence for.

Why should I run?

Are you going to purge me?

Since you know everything about banks, are you aware that the Bundesbank buys the Bunds even if it's theoretically forbidden by Maastricht, art. 104?

Let's abolish Seigniorage, then
