This is the second time he has been charged with contempt. He received a 3 month suspended sentence for attempt to photograph a juvenile defendant despite being officially informed it was illegal. That sentence could be activated if he broke the law within 18 months

He did

Because he was guilty of that crime, his second contempt of court conviction automatically triggered the gaol sentence he had avoided plus the sentence for the second crime

Why was he released on appeal and then sent back to prison after the Attorney General had spent 5+ months trumping up further charges?

What further charges, please list them. Also before doing so please check out his rap sheet, further charges, i think not

When will you accept that he broke the law and despite him trying to help them go free, they were still all found guilty and sent to jail
