At least we will be able to vote those that rule over us in or out of office.

Where is the accountability in the EU?

Do you think George Orwell would have voted to remain?
I don't know about you but I voted in the last EU elections, did you not get a vote?
It is also a fairer vote, proportional representation. I actually thought my vote counted.
In the UK with our first passed the post system, if you put a blue rosette on a donkey it would win where I live

If the EU is such a wonderful project, why did it allow this to happen?

As pointed out at the end of the film, the threat has worsened the political crisis for the EU with the UK voting to leave and other countries considering doing the same.

The flaws in the EU system are multiple and institutional.

Doesn't this support the REMAIN argument?

Is this what you voted for?

A system that is rotten to the core.

You obviously did not watch the film.
Of course not, I've seen those and their like before just wish you could post some words of your own instead of linking hour long videos of propaganda.
I have never said the EU is perfect, I wanted it to reform but what I fear is the way we are heading out, all of which was totally predictable.
We have fallen out with our closest neighbours, we are scrambling about talking about trade deals with despot regimes, we are talking of reducing our citizens' human rights, removing H&S Laws and dropping food standards.
I have yet to hear one benefit of leaving other than broad brush "We get our sovereignty back" and "We will control our own borders"
The £350m/week for the NHS has become, "We'll be no worse off" and I still remain to be convinced of that.
Has anyone worked out how much the negotiations are costing the country, extra diplomats, extra government departments. Then when we leave all the additional border staff, all the extra red tape as we cross into Europe. Not to mention the extra import taxes we will be paying.

Please tell me one, just one, tangible benefit I can expect to see in 2020 because we are no longer in the EU.

The EU is trying to treat us in the same way that Islam treats people that try to leave it.

It might be painful or indeed dangerous but it has to be worth it in the end for those that succeed.

When we pull it off, other countries will be queuing up to follow suit.

Good grief you are a conspiracy theory expert!!

Freedom is more than enough for now.

Once we get that, we can concentrate on the rest of our concerns.

BTW, the strategy that the EU is employing has served Islam very well. I just hope that we have the resolve to overcome their bullyboy tactics.

Once again it is all hairy fairy generic meaningless promises.
Freedom!

What exactly is it that you can't do in the UK today that after March 2019 you will be able to do? Longer queues at customs; Eat chlorinated chicken, eat beef full of steroids and antibiotics, less human rights.
There, I've started a list, what else can you add?

Why don’t all those that love the EU so much emigrate to a country that has your values and leave us to get on with what we voted for then we will all be happy.

What an intelligent idea that is!!!
48% including most of the younger people clear off.
You haven't got a single sensible argument, you just resort to generalities and insults. Sums up most of the Brexiteers.

I live in Scotland which voted to Remain in the EU. I'm already in a country that shares my values. But instead we're being dragged out of the EU by a country which seems to share your values of self-entitlement and idiotic reactionism. Why don't you and the rest of the Quitlers **** off to Trump's America like Farage did since you want to live in a regressive right-wing ****hole so badly and leave the rest of us to get on with our neighbours?

The EU isn't trying to kill us; stop being so melodramatic and stop wanting to be persecuted, for ****'s sake. Leavers brought this on us so grow a pair and accept responsibility for once. You're entirely to blame. The current cavalcade of failures in Westminster are making unrealistic demands and make for terrible negotiators. Why on earth would the EU allow us to leave while retaining all the benefits of being a member while shouldering none of the costs and following none of the rules?

Every single report, published or leaked, indicate it will most certainly not be worth it. I'm not complaining though. This storm of concentrated Little Ingerlund-ism is helping the rest of my countrymen to realise that the Union is broken, does not serve our interests and ought to end. We can do better as an independent state which is a member of the EU.

When we pull it off, other countries will be queuing up to follow suit.

This is the same sort of mindless optimism that was telling us countries would be queuing round the corner to make trade deals with us.

Take advantage of the freedom of movement while it is still available.

Submission might be your thing but it is not mine. I have always used my vote since I became eligible to vote. I know our system is not perfect but it is a hell of a lot better than anything the EU has to offer.

Must admit, it is great, me being able to get around Europe without worrying about border checks.

We'll now have a noticeable increase in Asians and Africans coming to the UK to do the jobs the EU citizens have been frightened away from. Where did you say most of those scary Muslims came from?

So, Corbyn is playing a blinder this morning:D

That's put the cat amongst the pigeons, the honourable member for the 18th Century will be apoplectic.

As ridiculous as can be expected. You have no argument to make, cannot even answer questions put to you and can't tailor your responses to be relevant to what people are saying.

Corbyn is a puppet leader. His speech has proved that others are pulling the strings.

The Labour Party would allow the EU commission to enslave the people of the UK.

Well said Michael Caine!
