Can I ask, what is your religion?

You're looking a but Islamic and a bit Christian in that pic!
Pagano-Christian. I try to embrace both parts of my heirtage.

Veils were worn by all Abrahamic women until very recently. It looks Islamic today but European women wore very similar veils until around the 18th c.

What do you believe, as a Pagano-Christian?

What's your current hairstyle?

Depends, longish, straight, died my original natural colour (to cover the increasing grey), and shoulder length most of the time.

Saturday I'm going to the hairdresser. She will trim and tidy, touch up the colour and "fais-le ondulé, make it wavy.

I'll avoid washing it for a couple of days because as soon as i do the waves are washed out.

I should use conditioner more often. I wash mine every other day unless I need more than that (e.g., when I spend enough time in the kitchen for the smell to get stuck in my hair).

One thing I've read recently is that, while brushing hair when it's wet is bad for straight hair, it's actually better than dry brushing for curly hair because it detangles it without the need to be aggressive and risk breakage. I'm still looking into that to see whether it's 100% correct, though.
I will run a brush through mine when I get out of the shower and again when it's dry. One of those probably isn't good for it, but neither seems to cause a problem.

Have you tried using a pic to comb your hair? Might be easier. That's what I use on my beard.

This is a harder one to answer for me. I normally buzz my hair. Unfortunately, my hair thinned out on top about 5 years ago around the time my son was born. It was a hard pregnancy, so quite stressful. I had hair before it lol

I guess being in my mid 30's, I should be thankful I have hair, as some men don't. I usually trim it all the way down with a trimmer once every couple months or so.

What's your current hairstyle?

Bonus question: Is it based on the natural texture of your hair, or did you specifically opt for it using a perm or other ways to alter the texture your hair naturally has?
I never consider the 'texture' of my hair. Just the length. When it becomes annoying I get it cut.
