When will prominent Jewis hScholars apologise for the actions of Israel?

When prominent Islamic scholars apologize for the persecution of most religious minorities and homosexuals as well as the restriction of many freedoms on the basis of religion in the Muslim world.
... so probably not any time soon.

You can go to any of the other million threads on this issue, most of which have already been sufficiently answered. Now, would you like to answer the question I posted or not?
My answer is that the tension between Jews and Muslims will most likely last for the foreseeable future, so I wouldn't expect an apology from many prominent Jewish scholars for the actions of Israel any time soon.
That's not to speak of every single prominent Jewish scholar, however; for all I know, some might apologize not long from now. It depends on their personal political inclinations, I think.
But obviously not curious enough to keep abreast on the Israeli press.
It is IMO all-out unwise to make too much a show of the apologies the OP requests, since they will so easily be misconstrued as validation for the current situation from the Arab/Muslim perspective.

Just because someone may be a "prominent Jewish scholar" does not mean they are liable or accountable for the actions of the state of Israel.

This is perhaps even more so true of the secular state of Israel.
I see two problems with the premise of your OP.
A) You are confusing Judaism with Zionism. Plenty of Jews are harshly critical of Israeli government policy about a lot of things. And many, I would argue most, Zionists are not Jewish. Here in the USA, some of the staunchest support for The Wall, the bombardment of Gaza, the WB settlements, and such are Christians who see Israel as a combination of our "Old West" and the lead up to "End Times".
B) The Zionists can do anything and justify it with "We are under attack by an implacable violent enemy! We have been forever!" and the truth is that is correct. Regardless of who you think has the moral high ground this remains a fact. The only thing Zionists could do to make peace with the Palestinian authorities is to die and they are not going to do that.
So the bottom line seems to be it doesn't matter what peaceful Jews think, want, or say. Israel's Muslim neighbors will keep giving power to the Zionist military hardliners by proving that only harsh tactics have any chance at providing security. That Wall did in fact dramatically reduce Palestinians blowing up markets and buses. It was a success.

By "Jewish scholar" you might mean
(1) a scholar who is a Jew, like Noam Chomsky, whose criticism of Israel has led to his being banned from entering the country
(2) a scholar of Judaism, like any of the Satmar Rebbes who have defined Zionism as a rebellion against God.

Israel is a Jewish state, run by Jewish laws which are extremely favourable to Jewish citizens. Jewish scholars should call out Jewish politicians on tehir abuse of their religion.
And I ask the question because Muslims are constantly called on to apologise for the behaviour of groups that have less to do with Islam than Israel does iwth Judaism.
So again, any prominent Jewish scholars having condemned Israel?

You're trying to hard. Even the most insane Israeli supporters I have come across would not say Israel is not a JEWISH nation. You do know why it was created right?

No, he has a point. If a religion is to be blamed for any of the misdeeds committed by any of its adherents, then Islam has a much longer list of naughtiness to answer for.
There certainly are a lot of double standards and hypocrisy when people criticize Israel, which makes it hard to take seriously.
This is not entirely true.
Israel is a secular state, mostly, which is favorable to Jewish immigrants.
But it is way less theocratic than many Muslim states.
And frankly, if Muslims weren't so violent wouldn't be so many problems there. If, starting in 1948, Muslims had exhibited some of this "Religion of Peace" the violence would not be what it is now. But instead of trying to work things out for everybody they launched a military offensive and Allah gave the victory to the Zionists.
And then again in the 60s.
And then again in the 70s.
In the meantime, the Israelis built a nice little country and the Palestinian people are living in a mess.
What does Allah have to do to get His Message through to His following?
