Where are all the Catholics?

Henry V111 always remained a catholic. However he did remove the power of Rome and became the head of the church. The church did not become recognisably protestant till the end of Edward V1 reign. Queen Mary returned the Church of England to Rome until she was replaced by her half Sister Elizabeth I. It was not till King James that The Church of England became the Church we know today. Roman in character but protestant by persuasion.

Thanks for the history lesson. Pardon me if I choose to credit Henry VIII for the beginning of the Anglican Church.

Be my Guest... but he did nothing to change the litany or the understanding of the faith. That came later. However change in the form of the reformation in Europe was unstoppable, but it only partially took hold in England.
It never did become fully protestant in the way Lutherans and Calvinists did. Or any of the Literalist churches in american like the Baptists.

Even today many people can not tell if they are at a Roman or Anglican service. There are differences but they can be very subtle. A high Anglican services is more Roman than Roman.

Much later during the 6 years of the commonwealth, things became very nasty indeed for anyone or any thing with even a hint of "popery", and laws were passed that stood till recent times against Catholics.
