I do not know s much as @TransmutingSoul and @Truthseeker because I was not actively involved in the religion for most of my Baha'i life, as they have been. I know a lot about the teachings, but history was never a subject I was good at.
There is a good way to learn the history of Baha'u'llah through The Utterance Project. I sent you the link to that a couple hours ago in Email.

I would if I was interested but right now it is low on my list of priorities. I am lucky just to attend Feasts!

It is a quick way to learn the history at your own pace, as I indicated in the Email. I was especially thinking of you when I sent it, though I sent it to a lot of people.
