Freedom of speech does not include misinformation without the right to reply.
It does not include hate speech
During WW2, Lord Haw Haw was hung for promoting the German/Nazi line on radio
During any war there is an information war too, every country needs to control it.

No surprise. They've been demonizing political dissidents and lying about them all year. They've been shutting people down and canceling anyone who doesn't toe the line. Why is anyone surprised they will do it to the Russians as well? There is no freedom of speech unless we fight for it. And I mean fight politically of course not with violence.

We didn't learnt before . We thought freedom of speech had no limits. Accept others opinions.

IMO, you have the freedom (i.e. you won't be arrested) for what you say.
You could be arrested for any harm caused by what you say. You can be held criminally libel for any harm caused by what you say.
If you could prove the harm caused by the media, probably difficult but it's been done before, you'd probably have a case. Not because of what they said but because of the harm it caused.
West value is decline to third world values to reject others opinion.And accuse others not acceptable opinion.Btw They banned Sports and Music... Etc

In USA, our media are privately operated, & allowed to
censor themselves & their platforms as they see fit.
But this is the opposite of censorship, & the result is
great diversity of opinion.
The lies of Russia and China are total. The lies in Iran and other Muslim majority countries are serious as well. Why not call out the lies in your own media.
