Which Do You Use More Often Overall: Oil or an Air Fryer?

Make sure you spray them with a good quality oil before air-frying, as the leather will be tough to chew if you don't. I recommend Valvoline 20W50 racing oil.

I'd probably use an SAE 10w50 if it's a cold day

Oooh... is that a special saucepan that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom? I don't have one of those.

It doesn't have to be like that. It only needs to have tall sides (not sure this is the proper term to describe a pan).

Never mind what I would do with all the oil. I would have nowhere to dispose of it unless I ninja some restaurant's oil disposal bin or something, which I could, but then there's the issue of... fried/fatty foods don't really agree with my digestive system so I can't/shouldn't be eating it anyway... haha.

I think one of the most ordinary ways to dipose of it is to put it inside a regular plastic bottle and then throw it away together ordinary trash. Here in Brazil, we don't even have selective garbage collection in the vast majority of places.

My digestive system is also troublesome... I have IBS.
