The Gospel of Buddha is an arguably misguided attempt at syncretism. It is not at all representative of Buddhism.

I believe the four noble truths and the eight fold path would constitute the Gospel of Buddha.

"Gospel" is very much a Christian term. It does not have much in the way of parallels in other religions.

That said... I guess I sort of agree.

I suppose if one does not like suffering the idea of Kingdom to come where there is no suffering is good news. I tend to be less enlightened. I can enjoy causing others to suffer and enjoy it myself sometimes. When I play Words with Friends i can get beaten pretty badly by some and then I beat others pretty badly.
