I couldn't bring myself to vote in the poll. I'm still trying to wrap my head around why someone would think that this was a particularly intelligent thread idea.
Yes my intelligence tells me to evacuate this thread as soon as possible lol.

Hi Folks...

Father Heathen; YES it can be - indeed it can....It can be the most shut up type of mind of any that we posess...

By rational I assume you mean the mind that refuses anything it cannot explain..?..the mind that thinks and believes it ALREADY has a complete truth..?...

THAT mind is actually IRRATIONAL if the endeavour is to find such truth - just by denying certain things out of hand in this way we see it is closed off and unreceptive - and that itself is wholly irational because simply that mind is sabotaging its own endeavour and does NOT actually know the complete truth already does it - so by closing the Self off the mind literally prohibits it Self from EVER attaining the truth it sort....

And this is a very big problem indeed - for it turns out (one day you will realise) that it is MIND itself that literally CREATES all reality and all existance - and so to close the mind off so is to do the Self a great injustice in truth..
You're aware that, like all magicians, Dynamo doesn't actually claim to have magic powers right? And that while he probably won't tell you how he did it(never reveal your secrets, after all), he's not going to say he really did because that's stupid and most importantly, a lie.

The same sort of moron who thinks we didn't land on the moon.

Really..?? ..He himself is very coy about his abilities - but says openly and repeatedly that he DOES NOT USE PROPS or a "team" of helpers - and insists that all those "stooges" are real and legitimate members of the public (whatever country) just like my friend Karen is ....Other magi such as David Blaine have OPENLY ADMITTED there is a legitimate spiritual aspect involved - a supernatural element - yer, your going to scoff and say its just "theatrics" and he says it for affect - BUT - keep an open mind my friend - I have personally witnessed some very bizarre things so wouldnt be so quick to dismiss...Dynamo really does defy belief in all sorts of ways....Check out the vid of him lifting weights for example - he himself weighs a mere 7 stone - and look - obviously far too weak to do this - but look for yourself....Only question is are those guys his "stooges" or are are they TRULY amazed at what they see happen right before their eyes..?...SAME WEIGHTS same bar untouched...or check out some other stuff - balancing tricks with musical instruments that are IMPOSSIBLE.....Putting a huge I phone into a tiny drink bottle - it obviously does NOT fit normally yet there its is done before their eyes once again - even RINGS the phone after and YES it is the womans ACTUAL phone !! Or changing printed pictures INSIDE a SEALED album cover still got the cellophane wrapper on it yet somehow he changes the picture regardless by just waving the hand over them....???...Check it out...Can YOU explain it..??...Anyone..??...see the audience REACTION - think they are acting..??...REALLY..???....

Of course hes not the only one - many similar appear now all over the world -performing "tricks" that are of a whole new calibre compared to normal street magicians....and of course - we have been told already to EXPECT all these kinds of things to become very common place indeed - havent we..??...There is a lot more going on here than is readily apparant I believe - and having directly experienced similar supernatural type things directly I would not be so quick to rule out some legitimate spiritual cause..

Oh - btw - how DO you know we landed on the moon..?..After all there is far more evidence supporting even this dyamo character than there is for the moon landings which could EASILY be fake - or at least altered to be deceptive - again - there is more going on there too than is readily apparant ;)

I notice its mostly the Americans who INSIST the moon landing MUST have been real - because right - your government would never lie or deceive you, would they..?..lol... ;)

Hi Folks...

Hmm - check out some of the more recent street magicians - some quite famous of course - Dynamo for example.....Walking on water - no problem at all apparantly...

And NO - thats NOT "camera fakery" - far too many decent cameras around taking multiple shots of the same events rules that kind of fakery out for sure - that leaves something very bizarre going on for real - walking on water would be the easy baby steps actually compared to some stuff thats out there......

Walking on the moon though - well - all manner of controvasy about that isnt there..?..Far easier to prove walking on water as we have ongoing evidence to examine - but the moon stuff..??..>Who REALLY knows..??

Oh - and btw - my mate Christ - did it FIRST and He is legitimate Divine - not so sure about these others though ;)

Seen demon magicians on YouTube? The "Desmond" part rlly says it all, they wield no power themselves or skill for trickery rather their invisible counterparts do it all and if they "decide not to show up, there's no show." But there were actual Vases in DC, During Christ that made water into wine.....that some call him a magician is not far off. But it'd make sense that demonics copy His miracles to showcase Him as a magician not a miracle worker.

Astronauts confess we have not gone out of the atmosphere but in the 90s now maybe they say we have never gone to avert attention from it as other astronauts claim spaceships and aliens were found like the Mona Lisa alien. I guess buy a super telescope and see for yourself, go ask the pope to let you borrow Lucifer his telescope lol.

That maybe so, but with all the magical stuff that was supposed to happen, it makes much more sense to not believe in all that made up sh...
Sure. But what makes sense isn't the same as having evidence. We have no evidence to support any claim whichever they might be, for or against, except that our experience and other historical accounts strongly suggests that he never walked on water. But still, what we think is most likely isn't the same as what we have as evidence.

Besides, we do know how to walk on water, in many different ways in face. Frozen lakes are water. We can also ski and surf. And Chris Angel (the magician) have used tricks to do it. So, do we know for sure Jesus wasn't just a surfer dude? :D

Well I see it all as a metaphor, walking on water simply means walking above the chaos of life, by keeping your eye's on your true inner Being, you will then walk above the world, you will be in the world but not of the world.

Fatalist. Christian. Pacifist.
Imagine Neil going back in time to the first century, and telling them he walked on the moon. Or going back with a smartphone..

It's easy to discount what isn't witnessed or understood.

I like to think most apocalyptic "prophecies" are just some guys accidentally watching disaster movies through space and time and, not understanding what special effects are, think it's real. :)

Sounds like a great interpretation. I will most definitely remember that one.

That's how I personally view the Bible stories presently. Not as literal or historical records, but rather allegories and metaphors. It even says that Jesus spoke to them in riddles, so why not take it a step further and see that the whole story is a riddle?

I also see Jesus walking on water as an allegory. When the mind is ruled by turmoil and is like the stormy sea as depicted in the gospel story, Jesus walked on the water and stilled the storm. In the book of Revelation there is the sea of glass which is representative of meditative states of the mind, the stillness and peace of the inner Christ. Jesus walks on water(meditation) and Niel Armstrong walked on the moon(Television News). :D
