But, different places affects differently.When I am mentally restful , I feel I am at peace. However, When I am mentally restless I feel no peace in any given environment. Hence state of happiness/peacefulness or restlessness resides within oneself.

I think you'd have to seek a remote, tribal society, with little contact with civilization.
The problem is, people don't like peace. Humans are restless, particularly young males. They seek stimulation and excitement. if subsistence activities don't provide it they will create it.
But, different places affects differently.
Putting another way am asking which place affects you most peacefully ?

I'd say New Zealand trumps us. Actually I don't think that Aus is all too peaceful these days. At least not in the major cities.
