I think Sanskrit was one of the first languages written down, so religions written down would probably be Hinduism...but not sure before then. Could have been anything from sun worship to nature based etc.

As has been said, the first was probably some kind of sun worship. Animism possibly, but I feel like that is complex for the first humans. The last will be whatever the final person believes before the sun destroys them or the universe freezes (as alien life may have religion).
