White/Caucasian ?

Yes.

Two classes of hominids apparently mutated in the exact same way, independent of each other, and at seperate times... @shunyadragon, I'm seeing this everywhere, all over the place.

No not independently at separate times, because the evidence indicates, that there was significant relationships of all the human ancestors across Europe, Asia and Africa. Present day homo sapiens, Neanderthals, Denisovans and others demonstrate migration and cross breeding over time between the all the archaic lineages of our human ancestors and not separate times.

But the article says:

"An earlier analysis of ancient DNA in 40,000 and 50,000-year-old Neanderthal bones, respectively from Spain and Italy, suggested that our extinct cousins had light-coloured skin and reddish had in their European heartland. But the Neanderthals went extinct around 28,000 years ago – long before modern humans in Europe gained a pale skin. Evidently Neanderthals did not pass these useful local adaptations on to modern humans, despite genetic evidence that the two species interbred."

Europeans did not inherit pale skins from Neanderthals

How many people actually know where and how Caucasian came to be white people.
What part of the world did Caucasian originated from?
Who were these people before they became to be known as Caucasian/white people?

What group of people in the world, did they come from in what country and then became to be known as Caucasian/ white people?

You are conflating two terms that use the same word.

This article only refers to the relationship between the Neanderthals and contemporary humans. There is, of course, more to the story.

From: Why Am I Denisovan?

When our ancestors first migrated out of Africa around 60,000 years ago, they were not alone. At least two of our hominid cousins had made the same journey—Neanderthals and Denisovans. Neanderthals, the better known of the two species, left Africa about 300,000 years ago and settled in Europe and parts of western Asia. The Denisovans are a much more recent addition to the human family tree. In 2008, paleoanthropologists digging in a cave in southern Siberia unearthed a 40,000-year-old adult tooth and an exquisitely preserved fossilized pinkie bone that had belonged to a young girl who was between five and seven years old when she died.

denisovan_cave_Nature-300x199.jpg

Recently, scientists successfully extracted nuclear DNA from the pinkie bone and conducted comparison studies with the genomes of modern humans and Neanderthals. Studies show the girl was closely related to Neanderthals, yet distinct enough to merit classification as a new species of archaic humans, which scientists named “Denisovan” after the cave where the pinkie bone was found. The Denisovan genome also suggests the young girl had brown hair, eyes, and skin.

Surprisingly, the scientists found genetic overlap between the Denisovan genome and that of some present-day east Asians, and, in particular, a group of Pacific Islanders living in Papua New Guinea, known as the Melanesians. It appears the Denisovans contributed between 3 to 5 percent of their genetic material to the genomes of Melanesians. Scientists think that the most likely explanation is that Denisovans living in eastern Eurasia interbred with the modern human ancestors of Melanesians. When those humans crossed the ocean to reach Papua New Guinea around 45,000 years ago, they brought their Denisovan DNA over with them.

If this genetic mixing did occur, the fact that Denisovans were discovered in Siberia but contributed to the genomes of modern humans living in Southeast Asia suggests the species ranged widely across Asia, although their low genetic diversity also indicates their numbers were never very high.

According to one theory, Neanderthals, Denisovans, and modern humans are all descended from the ancient human Homo heidelbergensis. Between 300,000 to 400,000 years ago, an ancestral group of H. heidelbergensis left Africa and then split shortly after. One branch ventured northwestward into West Asia and Europe and became the Neanderthals. The other branch moved east, becoming Denisovans. By 130,000 years ago, H. heidelbergensis in Africa had become Homo sapiens—our ancestors—who did not begin their own exodus from Africa until about 60,000 years ago.

By comparing the genomes of apes, Denisovans, Neanderthals, and modern humans, scientists hope to identify DNA segments unique to the different groups. Early results already suggest modern humans underwent genetic changes involved with brain function and nervous system development, including ones involved in language development, after splitting from Neanderthals and Denisovans. Identifying and understanding these genetic tweaks could help explain why our species survived and thrived while our close relatives died out."

The only exception I will take with this article is more recent research indicates that homo sapiens migrated out of Africa at least 120,000 years ago based on fossils found in Greece, and possibly older, based on fossils found in Asia.

I have seen albinos ( with dark-skinned Indian parents) who resembled europeans exactly, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Some with reddish hair too. This is also a phenomenon found amongst African blacks.

An interesting fact I found among some Indian albinos is sensitivity to tropical heat and intense sunlight. Albino Indians marrying each other tended to have albino children themselves.

Scientists say that the earliest europeans were dark-skinned. My theory is that the adverse and harsh climatic conditions in europe may have played a part in the evolution of the european people there from the historical african, as is now stated by modern biology.

Higher melanin levels or darker skin is associated with vitamin D deficiency, which means they are not able to process sunlight to gain needed Vitamin D in the biological system.

It's possible that there was a period in europe of sunlight and heat receding below normal levels due to harsh climatic conditions, which meant that the dark skinned europeans found it harder to gain much needed vitamin D.

The albinos ( lacking melanin) amongst these dark-skinned europeans were able to gain vitamin D from the sparse sunlight much better than the others, and were perhaps better adaptive to the climate, evolved better than the others, and survived the harshness of the region in larger numbers, eventually becoming the so-called white race.

Seeking critical views in this regard.
Albinism is a medical condition that has nothing to do with the lighter skin of various ethnic groups. They are not albinos. Even really pale Scandinavians still have some level of melanin. Many East Asians are paler than many "white people" and black African albinos look nothing like Europeans.

A white Indian family who is about to set a world record as the world's largest albino family...

Meet the Indian couple and their children about to set a new record - as the world's biggest ALBINO family | Daily Mail Online
Once again, albinos are not a race or ethnicity.

"Albinism is an inherited genetic condition that reduces the amount of melanin pigment formed in the skin, hair and/or eyes. Albinism occurs in all racial and ethnic groups throughout the world. In the U.S., approximately one in 18,000 to 20,000 people has some type of albinism. In other parts of the world, the occurrence can be as high as one in 3,000. Most children with albinism are born to parents who have normal hair and eye color for their ethnic backgrounds."

Try to go through what I have posted earlier thoroughly.

I have seen black African albinos who look very similar to Europeans too.

It's probably unscientific racial fixation and prejudice that is urging some over here to try to be distinct from the Africans even though modern science have clearly proved that the human being emerged from Africa.

More likely is that white people acquired their pigment from the Neanderthals, since it has now been proven that blacks are the only group with zero Neanderthal genes.

...It would explain why Asians, Europeans and all other non-blacks have both Neanderthal genes and light skin.

Interestingly, the alleles responsible for pale skin in Europeans are different to those which have been found in Neanderthal populations, while those responsible for pale skin in East Asian populations are the same as those of Neanderthals.

So Europeans evolved their pale skin autonomously, but East Asians inherited it from Neanderthals!

This is cos the Neanderthal populations who Homo saps intermingled with in the Middle East as Homo sap populations were expanding out of Africa were dark-skinned, and didn't have any pale skin genes to share, while those who people intermingled with later in Central Asia or so were pale-skinned.

I believe there were two groups. One group came from the Causcasus which the Myths refer to as Asia.

Another group came from Atlantis. Irish myth calls them the people from under the sea.

The Indo-European language group originated in the area known as the Caucasus, which is between the Black Sea and the Caspian. Originally, 'Caucasian' designated a part of the language group, and only later became connected to skin color.

I believe the Caucasians are divided into 3 or 4 races. They all spoke the Celtic languages but language does not denote race.

I have no idea what you're trying to say. Black albinos are still black. A medical condition doesn't change your ethnicity or race.

Jesus would have been of middle eastern appearance, not white.

What does a "Middle Eastern" person look like? It's a completely artificial, modern geopolitical designation and has nothing to do with population genetics.

Do you think Southern European people are "white"? (if you do, then you also think many Middle Eastern people are white)

Don't you know there are no such thing as races? There is no diving line between i.e. caucasian and negroid or mongoloid. Such terms are merely convenient societal notions. Science doesn't recognize race as legitimate.

Now do tell, there are

Hispanics
Italians
Greeks
Whites
.but yet you say there is no races.

"Science" certainly recognizes genetic
differences.

Look up "sindont" and "sundadont" for
example.

What is "unscientific" ( and highly invidious)
is "race" - an undefinable and thus meaningless
term.

These categories are for convenience sake only. The are not scientific. Greeks, for example, are those whose nationality or immediate immigration is from the country of Greece. If my great great grandparents are from Greece, I am an American, not a Greek. In a similar way, someone of African descent identifies as Black, not as an African.

As for races, such as Black, White, Asian (Negroid, Caucasoid, Mongoloid) there is no clear boundary between them geographically. The transition is gradual. The range of any one given trait overlaps from group to group. Furthermore, the science of Genetics has revealed to us (1) that all human beings are more closely related than all chimpanzees and (2) that all human beings come from Africa (thus we can all claim to be Africans).
