Hitler's policies had some "socialist" aspects, but it wasn't leftist economic socialism because the Nazis weren't adverse to capitalism itself. They were not egalitarians at all. It was a sort of racial "socialism" where community is based on their racial theories. They believed that if you were an "Aryan", your genes were like gold but they still had a social hierarchy within that in that there would still be class inequalities (a German peasant would be worth more than a Russian university professor in their eyes). They were like Fascist Third Positionists in that they didn't believe in Marxist class conflict, but class collaboration.
