I don't think so. The cohort of attractive airheads on HLN has roused my ire pretty frequently. HLN is the only 24-hour news channel we get right now, and while the ladies are pretty, the news coverage isn't.
And I did see YouTube clips of Carrie Prejean on FakeNews. I didn't realize who she was for a while, so it wasn't a matter of hating on her because her known homophobia. I just kept thinking, Who is that moron, and why is she on TV?

Gee, thanks, but no. They get attractive women who will say whatever they want them to. They may not be dumb, but they're definitely not the brightest bulbs out there.
It is entertainment people. If they were paid to say Emmit Smiths socks are wonderful they would say it. Right now in our economy people are whoring themselves out to whatever gig is available.
These ladies are smart enough to keep a job, and say whatever the dumb viewers want to hear.
