Why Did You Change Religions?

As a Wiccan and Druid
These have intrigued me always
I like these 2 words: Wiccan and Druid
, I don't feel pressured to obey or appease any particular god,
My Guru told me "I don't want you to worship me ... follow the Teachings I gave, unless they go against your conscience"
nor do I feel threatened by any god.
I feel loved by God
A threatening God makes no sense at all

That's what I see that humans do, who thereby hope to be able to control you, by instilling fear in you. It worked for thousands of years. But thanks to the information Age, they can't fool us so easily anymore.

I refuse to let others impose fear on me (not God, nor humans).

I believe that is why you will never inherit eternal life.

Or maybe you only notice and join with the eternal whenever and only so long as your state of mind is right. If you think you can speak on behalf of the eternal you’re not there yet. Do you think eternity could possibly exclude now? I don’t.

I believe that is what my wife thought until she contacted a demon by way of a ouija board.

Everyone has to evaluate the reality of what they experience for themselves.
I found the demons would disappear after I confronted them, so I kept at it.
Now, no more demons.

What made you decide to "renounce" one religion and take up another?
I renounced Christianity because there was no reason to believe that anyone who believed knew or were capable of knowing what they were talking about. I took up other religions to discover if there was any reason to believe that anyone who believed knew or were capable of knowing what they were talking about. And to discover if I was missing something in the first go round.
