Not at all - a man and woman marrying is natural. It is good for society and acts as a role model.

How is it "natural"? I don't see any other animals in nature having ceremonies to bind them together and giving out legal recognition and benefits for it. Marriage isn't "natural", it's a human conceived union to fulfill certain perceived needs, desires, and protections. Nowhere in that is there a requirement that the participants of such a union must have certain physical parts that allow for a particular joining of tab A into slot B. Marriage has nothing to do with providing a role model for society and such a claim is beyond false, but patently BS.

Also having Mr and Mrs tells other suitors to stay away. It is not the same with homosexuals as they are more predatory and promiscuous.

Excuse me? That is not based on anything but homophobic slander. There is no proof whatsoever for that tripe. Speaking as a hetero woman who has had many homosexual friends and acquaintances, I have encountered FAR more predatory and promiscuous hetero men and women than homosexual men or women. I've known plenty of lesbians and while some have admitted an attraction to me they never pushed the issue, while a lot of straight men just don't seem to take a hint, even if it's slapped right in their face. Homosexuals are more predatory and promiscuous my right titty. :sarcastic

Close but originally it was a transferrence of property, generally a father selling his daughter to the highest bidder. At least in the Hebrew culture which is the basis of Christianity and therefore the "traditional family values" everyone keeps talking about.

So in the case of incest, bestiality and drug use it is the same - ie: consenting adults only harming each other or themselves.

Seeing as a homosexual couple cannot have children then it seems like a form of corruption for them to take this benefit.

Homosexual marriage should be banned.

What about women who infertile, or over the age of 50. Why should they get the benefit of marriage if they aren't going to ruthlessly have children? Marriage for infertile women and homosexual marriage should be banned!
