Why do we Cry ?
It doesn't lessen our actual trouble.
But, yes it does lessen the trouble of our mind.
But, what is the trouble with our mind which gets lessen after some time whereas the actual trouble still stands on the same place where it was ?
Child cry on their first day to school, Why?
Because in such a situation child seeks the help of parent to go back home.
But, after some time child realise that.. Now, parent is no longer there to help at all. Hence, child have to manage on its own. Finally, the child stop crying whereas the actual trouble still stands on the same place where it was ?
Likewise.. Mind seeks the help of God.
If you are a TRUE-ATHEIST than don't cry.
But, if you cry than you believe there's God somewhere.
I believe that emotions are simply what occur when the brain needs to express psychic (neural) energy due to a big change in stress in one's environment. To the extent that one's experience impinges on one's sense of safety or the ability to satisfy our instinctual needs, that expression of emotion is fairly independent of one's philosophical views. But with our complex overlay of culture and beliefs, we may certainly experience emotions in less than survival oriented ways.
We cry because no matter who created us we were created with brains that cause crying to happen when great loss is experienced and accepted.
