Why does my God allow children to die? Is he evil?

Some people would say a fetus isn't a child.
Certainly not those who say God is evil for letting children die, they love children and would never consider destroying a child being formed. Their good people, not like that evil God who lets babies die.

Of course it's because humans are flawed. We are not all powerful, all knowing, or all present. Our control of our environment is limited. God is not. it may not be evil but it doesnt mean good.
A mother who has an egtopic pregnancy with a developing fetus gets an abortion would you call her an evil person? You throw the word evil around very easily.

You say that it is a point of conception. At that point the supernatural intersects with the natural: would it not be seen? It would be a miracle and miracles are seen?
As well animals to through conception as well, there should be a difference between human conception and animal conception.

Then how do you determine when it happens? Or if it even exists? Are miscarriages babies who did not have spirits?
We know God can manifest in the world. He did to Adam, Abraham, and Jacob. So spirits can be seen. People believe on ghosts so maybe there are ways to test. At the point if conception would that not be an important change?
