I agree, there's a way to do it even if you're poor.

When I was younger, eBay kept me in decent clothes.

(I do lack dignity and class, but that's another issue.)

Thrift stores are a great idea, too. You can find a lot of great stuff at Goodwill.

Only when you appreciate wearing sloppy and expecting the lady to dress to your expectations.
