Why food is tasteful

It's unpleasant for you, but not necessarily for everyone. I'm sure there's plenty of people who love the taste of raw cocoa... and this would likely have been the case for South American natives(since cocoa is native there).

Luis, you here?

So we conclude that taste has nothing to do with the survial issue,
You may like a bitter food such as raw cocoa while i like it sweet.

No, we don't.

From a psychological perspective, it tastes good because it's what you're tastebuds are accustomed to. You're accustomed to it because you eat it a lot. You eat it a lot because as a child, you were fed it a lot. You were fed it a lot because your tribe knew that it wouldn't kill you.

Natural selection doesn't operate on the individual level.

No one said taste is 100% accurate. But generally speaking things that taste bad are likely unhealthy and vice versa.

Don't forget the law of exceptions, in any case. Or the law that every society has its nerds.

There's also no reason to assume that Natural Selection still isn't at work towards our taste buds.

Someone dying from a heart attack from binging on sweets would be Natural Selection.

Also, we have to consider that our ability to produce food, sugars, salt, and so many different flavors the last few hundred years have changed drastically. The way we evolved doesn't match what we can make today. In the past we needed sweet and salt, which wasn't easy to find, now it's in abundance. Same with fat. Bitter was most of the time a sign of poison, but now we have whole food cultures around bitter food (or beer).

What makes you to think so?

Do you have evidence that it is not reasonably possible that aliens exist somewhere in the universe, and that at least some of them have learned how to travel great distances in space, and have been to the earth?

Do you believe that it is probable that humans will never be able to find another planet that is able to sustain human life?

Why must there be only one God?

Absolutely wrong.

For example cocoa taste bitter like hell, but is amazingly so yummy.

Coca when refined with sugar and milk has a sweet taste.

The coca plant however is a mild stimulate and suppresses hunger. So while it may not taste good it still causes a chemical reaction that eating the plant causes is enjoyable enough to cause it to seek more.

That same stimulate still exists when it is refined, as chocolate has been shown to elevate mood.

In this case you seek things that make you happy, a happier individual is one that is likely to not be constantly stress and thus expend unnecessary energy.

What about animals,plants,fish...etc
Where are the aliens now ?

Why the aliens didn't make any contact with us ?

I am not sure how good my alien theory is, but what about the possibility that there is more than one God?

Why should there be a message.?

We do not give messages to lesser beings like the other animals... Why should God's do so?

if we can communicate with animals, then we will do,even though that they are lesser being and still we love many kinds of them.

Besides that our position is different than other animals on earth.

God created us as the best of his all creation and we got that amazing ability to gain knowledge and we have the free-will to choose our own path.

This kind of naive anthropocentrism should be quite common among theists.

Nothing, if he is able to do everything that he wants to do by himself. What evidence do you have that he is able to do everything that he wants to do by himself?

i trust the book(as god's message to human) is telling the truth.

i don't believe that God did all things by himself .
