Why I don't believe in "God"

Your story convinces me that there is a God. I wouldn't have answered your prayer either.
Is that a joke? Please tell me you were making a bad joke. This person did exactly what Jesus told us all to do having promised that God will answer our requests.

Assuming that you are serious (yikes!), what would YOUR reason for denying those supplications be? Maybe we can get some insight as to why God lets people down.

And your post makes me thankful I am not a brain washed religious robot like yourself. If it makes you feel better, keep telling yourself there is a God. You're in for a rude awakening when you find out the truth.

They will respond with the same religious tripe so many people spew. They will say that my prayers never happened because I was "only asking for what I wanted and God isn't a magic genie". Even though that is not the case at all. Then they will say he only does what is "in his will" and that's why this all happened. You know, the same excuses many others make for why "God" lets so many people down.
