Yeah, it's not happening and not a thing. There's probably a few people at least who do for those scraping amd looking for sensationalist media, but they aren't the norm here. Rather, most people here are repulsed by the example of consensual cannibalism in Germany (Armin Meiwes) and don't support it.

I thought consenting cannibalism can only be done if you give consent before you die or have an amputation, so it is not as harmful as hurting your wife.

Calling it sick is just labelling it, it doesn't tell us why you feel that harming men and women is preferable to something which can be done with far less harm.

And I'm not saying its justified to be a cannibal, what I am saying is its a lesser evil than violence against people.
