McCain ran a horrible campaign, because he was such a bad candidate this is why Sarah boosted his effort - but only initally.
Myself, I found her gorgeous, so while not as politically active as I am now, I was initally excited by her "new horse in the race". But voting by looks is too typical and too stupid.
Since then I have become pretty much "horrified" by most all politicians. But I have far more hope for Republicans or Libertarians, I despise Democrats and just have a bad taste about most Republicans.
Actually, even though I was initially fascinated with the nice clothes, glasses and female sex appeal of Palin, it didn't last long and especially since my wife figured me out immediately and instantly had a passionate hate for Sarah. Another male neighbor was taken with her looks, too, and his wife also immediately hated Palin thereby. I started noticing this phenomenon, the women on the block would gather together outside and would start ******** on Sarah.
So I think that was in play here as far as the demise of McCain. Pure jealously of other women over her looks, taking away McCain to boot.
As far as Hillary, the old hag has no chance. She was also in SF at the time I was, sitting with thr big tech wall street corporations and telling all how she is very concerned about the "over militarization of law enforcement". Really? From the same Clinton duo sitting before the boob tube with the ilk of Janet "Hermann Goring" Reno and other strange brew sicking battle tanks on Waco, gassing, tank barrels punching holes in walls, setting the entire place on fire, Ruby Ridge and military kills on women and children. I was in a group of five, and everyone laughed out loud when Hillary said her phony drab.
