Why the double standard?

Yes, gaslighting is an attempt to make people doubt their sanity, and it is implied that they were previously sane, or at least had a correct understanding of a given situation. It's not where someone tries to convince someone else that they are insane, or incorrect, when they really are.

In the movie ("Gaslight") that started this meaning of the word, the husband would lower the gas pressure, making the house lights dim and when she told him about it he denied that anything had happened, suggesting it was all in her mind. She was of course quite correct that the lights had dimmed.
Correct.
Feminists adopted the term to attack
people with differing views. It helped
them feel victimized.

You would think it would be easier to find the number of neo nazis in the US but I cannot seem to find it at all. Which makes me think it's not a big problem here.
They aren't keen on registering their
membership in publicly accessible sites.

It's not antisemitism. It's this:

Genocide by any means is generally frowned upon.
As I've said many times, genocide is the conscious, deliberate attempt to eradicate every last many, woman, and child of an ethnic group. That's NOT happening.

And accusing any group of genocide, including Jews, when it's not the case, IS bigotry.

But I'm sure you have drunk the Kool-Aid, and are incapable of hearing that.

That's a pretty self-serving definition. Meanwhile, your paragraph two is just plain stupid.

Fair enough.

How many neo-Nazis are there in Ukraine?
Information answering that question doesn't exist. The best we can do when asking how many Nazis are in the Ukraine is to note that in the 2019 parliamentary elections, only 3% supported far right parties. Since Nazism is only one possibility on the far right, we can assume that less than 3% are Nazis.

It's the actual definition. Nothing "self serving" about employing the actual definition. The only clarification I would offer is that in many instances, those seeking genocide do not have the power to attack all in the group, and are limited to exterminating only that part which they can.

If someone went around saying, "I'll eradicate the Roma who are Republicans but not those who are Democrats," that could hardly be said to have the intention to destroy the Roma.

In the case of Gaza, the intent is not to destroy Palestinians, but to destroy Hamas, which is an ideology connected with terrorism, not an ethnicity. It is absurd to say that this is genocide.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
So when you raised concerns about supporting Ukraine because of its "big Nazi presence," you were talking out of your butt. Noted.
Also, the anti-semitic Azov Brigade (BRIGADE) is part of their national guard and is officially recognized by Ukraine's Ministry of internal Affairs as of 2023.

For the record, here's a dictionary definition.

genocide /jĕn′ə-sīd″/

noun

  1. The systematic and widespread extermination or attempted extermination of a national, racial, religious, or ethnic group.
  2. The systematic killing of a racial or cultural group.
    "the Nazi genocide of Jews left few in Germany or Poland after World War II"
    Similar: race murder racial extermination
  3. The systematic killing of substantial numbers of people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, political opinion, social status, or other particularity.
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition • More at Wordnik

As you can see, it doesn't have to be total extermination. Other definitions include "systematic and widespread" and "substantial numbers".

I'll leave it there.

That's a definition that you've chosen.
It's not the UN definition though,
which does apply to Israel's conduct.
Excerpted...
a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
— Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 2[9]
