Why they are fake?

I just don't "believe" you
I hope you don't. It would be that much sadder if you chose to say such a thing while knowing full well how silly and disrespectful it is.

It does no favors to the credibility of your God, either.

I understand that it may be very unconfortable to accept, AhmedE, but at the end of the day it is simply the truth: not everyone feels a compelling need to believe in God and to perceive him as a vindictive, wrathful authority figure.

Also, attempting to raise the fear of God in us by appealling to the "possibility" of having an unpleasant afterlife because we are unbelievers... well, that is both doomed to failure and the sign of a pitifully poor theology. Do you truly believe God needs to scare people into belief as if he were some sort of unsophisticated thug?

I'm expressing my thoughts and I it's silly if you said that you don't think god created you? really then who? superman?

I don't think god created me. But even if I knew for a fact that he did, I would like to think that I would picture him as somewhat better a being as this punisher of unbelievers that you seem to believe him to be.

God may or may not exist, but hopefully he is not immoral.

Even if God does in fact exist and is somehow immoral and immature to the point of wanting to punish unbelievers for being disbelievers... then there is no point in attempting to believe in his existence, now is there?

anyway if I went with you that Islam was wrong this doesn't mean that your religion is true
and by the way Imam in islam is an oridnary man we can tell him you are wrong if he was wrong and also he can be an Imam of hell so we must not follow him if we knew that he is
I didn't say Islam is wrong. According to Judaism, (1)if you believe in Allah, (2)don't curse Him, (3)don't kill, (4)don't be immoral, (5)have a court system, (6)don't eat from live animal and (7) don't steal, then your religions is a good religion for non-Jews. So good Muslims go to heaven too.

So now you can tell your Imam that he was wrong that Jewish Holy Books talk about Islam. Only one Rabbi write about Islam to Jews in Yemen. To help them against the Muslims.

I read a few moments ago about a man who was defending homosexuality! anyway you might think if you're living in a western country that it's not something wrong .. but what makes "something" wrong? .. They used in the past to open the skull if one had a headache! .. it was not something wrong (they thought so because of their ignorance) .. We all know that, of course, there are things in todays world that are identical to what was done in the past .. there is some ignorance nowadays .. I mean, for example why do some people shave their faces? you may think it's a good think, people also thought that breaking their skull would help them recover from their headache .. they thought it was a good thing .. I'll give some more examples then I'll get in the main topic .. Some people are listening to music? they think it's a "healthy" thing! you might think I'm kidding or speaking nonsense, Why do you people listen to music? the answer is pretty clear it's just for fun, they enjoy their time ..

All people are looking for their own benefit .. the man who was speaking about homosexuality who I mentioned earlier, he was just looking for their support because he is a politician .. the people who shave their faces are looking for the "fake" love of the people who appreciate that or looking for their respect or anything .. anyway .. are we created to be slaves to people? to look for their satisfaction? is that the main purpose of us in this life?

The next time you see someone who tells you that he loves you .. how would you know? if he really loves you? I need to clarify something before answering this question .. If people are looking for their own good .. then why do people love other people? may be for their beauty or their money or anything else .. but what's the true love? the true love is the love in the sake of god ..

If I analyzed what I mentioned above .. it's clear that their are two ways .. you are looking for your benefit in this life .. or you are looking for the benefit in the hereafter ..

If we looked at Islam it's clear in its teachings that one must follow the truth look for it even if the other religions were true a Muslim would follow it .. but there's no religion after Islam .. Jews and Christians in fact if they are real scholars know that Islam is the right religion .. they just want to stick to their religion even if it was false ..

In brief man is created in this life to be tested if he was good or evil if he worshiped god or not .. and it's clear in Surat Al-baqara ..

So, why are people who don't do things in the sake of god are fake?
As a member of the gay community (I am bi) I find your rant truly offensive.

Go easy on him, it looks like this is his first step out from under the Imam's wings and into the real world.
Sorry, no. The 'real world' is right there through multiple sources of media. Anyone this obtuse must have been hiding their head in the sand. Nothing excuses outright rants that an entire subculture of people are offensive to God, however one names that concept.

God's commands are also in the bible.
And the Vedas, and Tanakh, and Tibetan book of the dead, and Tao te Ching, and so on. Personally having had to,read the qu'ran, it left me cold and disheartened by the intended violence. I want no part of that.

logical fallacies are rules made or created by "man" to judge things made by "man" so it doesn't apply to Quran ..

If God is not logical and/or our tools of understanding can not be applied to the Quran then there is no point in talking about Islam. You have just tossed the most reliable method of understanding reality out the window. Simply put you just put forward we can not understand God using our mental abilities thus invalided your arguments. Congratulations.

Who created Adam and what was he created from?
The Adam and Eve story is a campfire tale cooked up by ignorant savages in the remote past. It never happened. These days, we have science to find out how things work. The scribblings of barbarians are of no use for that.

Try studying some biology; you'll find it more useful for knowing about your origins.

I can tell you that it's a fact .. simply why do they believe in their religion and not in Islam?

Hell said, "The arrogant and proud will enter me." [Sahih Muslim]

Believing that you are undeniably right and that everybody else secretly agrees that you are right but are simply too egotistical to admit it strikes me as being both arrogant and proud.

Watch out for dem flames... :smilingimp::smilingimp::smilingimp::smilingimp:

If it's not for the sake of god 100% then it's wrong .. it's just like a ratio .. if it's for god 0% it's wrong 100%
and god said: And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge - as guidance and mercy to a people who believe.
Sorry but I do not allow myself to have blind faith in anything let alone books written thousands of years ago by people I never met. I use them as a source but not the only source that I use.

I wouldn't say the writers were "ignorant." The stories are brilliant in their depth and layers of meaning.

FYI, Rael is mentioned in the holy Torah -- the people are the "yis-rael-im" so since there is a word which sounds similar to "Rael" it must mean that he is the prophet predicted in Deut! That makes the religion of Raelianism the right one and anyone who reads the text with the proper belief will accept it to be 100% true! If anyone says he read it and came to another conclusion, or that he believes otherwise, I know his heart and don't believe what he says.

My version of your mind and your beliefs should tell you what you think and when you are lying to yourself. Someone here has to do your thinking for you and I am pretty sure that I am that guy.
